Booking Fees
A non-refundable deposit is required for all piercing appointments.
The deposit will be 50% of the piercing fee.
For example:
If you book for a conch, you will pay £20 and then on the day of your
appointment you'll pay£20 + the jewellery you choose or have reserved.

Booking fees can be transferred to a new appointment if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.
You can reschedule your appointment by using the link provided in your original confirmation email.
If you cannot locate it please contact me ASAP.
Your booking fee will be lost if you cancel your appointment any later than 48 hours or
you fail to show up to your appointment. A new booking fee must be paid if you wish to rebook.
Your booking fee will be lost if you cancel your appointment entirely.
Failure to read through the prices, age restrictions, ID requirements, and the booking information before your appointment will likely mean you cannot get pierced, this will also mean losing your booking fee.
For example: if you forget your ID. A new booking fee must be paid if you want to rebook.
If you have an appointment booked and your anatomy isn't suitable for the piercing and you do not wish to have another piercing done, a refund will be issued but this is the only exception to that rule.
