Deposits

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is now required for ALL piercing bookings. The Deposit will be 50% of the piercing fee, for example:

If you book for a conch, you will pay £20 to book and then on the day of your appointment you'll pay

£20 + the jewellery you choose or have reserved.

Deposits can be TRANSFERRED to a new appointment if you reschedule with at least 48 hours notice. You can reschedule your appointment by using the link provided in your original confirmation email. If you cannot locate it please contact me ASAP.

 

Your deposit will be LOST if you cancel your appointment any later than 48 hours or you fail to show up to your appointment. A new deposit must be paid if you wish to rebook.

 

Failure to read through the prices, age restrictions, ID requirements and the booking information before your appointment MAY mean you cannot get pierced, this will also mean losing your deposit. For example: if you forget your ID. A new deposit must be paid if you want to rebook.

If you have an appointment booked and your anatomy isn't suitable for the piercing and you do not wish to have another piercing done, a refund will be issued but THIS is the only exception to that rule.
