Booking Information

Please read through this thoroughly before booking!

Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your deposit.

 

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is now required for all bookings. Please head to the deposit page to read everything you need to know regarding this!

ID Requirements

You will need a form of ID with you regardless of age for your appointment!

The age restrictions page will explain everything you need to know. Failure to provide ID will result in the cancellation on your appointment and the loss of your deposit.

Multiple Piercings or Services

 

You can have up to three piercings done in one appointment, just book for one and leave a note when prompted saying what other piercings you'd like done! If you'd like a downsize/jewellery change as well as a piercing, book the piercing and leave a note when booking saying you'd also like to have a downsize/jewellery change! 

Booking An Appointment For Two or More People

If there are two or more of you who are wanting piercings done, please book separate appointments as 30 minutes is not long enough for multiple people to have piercings! If you book back to back appointments you can attend together.

Booking on Behalf of

Someone Else

If you're booking an appointment for someone else, please use their contact information when asked to ensure they receive the text and email reminders, which also reminds them to read through this information before their appointment.

Bringing Along Multiple People

If you'd like to bring along a guest to your appointment for support, please limit it to just one person as it can be quite distracting having multiple people in the room at once, the only exception is if you're all book for piercings. With children's ear piercing appointments I only allow ONE parent or legal guardian in the room as it can be very distracting for me and the child during the appointment. Please DO NOT bring other children along (siblings, friends etc), again, it is very distracting.
 

Accessibility

My room is located upstairs. If you are unable to use stairs, please message me so we can arrange a 'before hours' appointment so I can set up the room downstairs which is also wheelchair friendly! If you require your service dog with you that is absolutey fine but please let me know just so I am aware when you arrive to your appointment! I will cater to anybody's needs as best as I can.

Please Cancel Your Appointment if You Feel Unwell

I don't receive any sick pay for time off, so being unwell and taking time off affects my wages. If you're feeling unwell please reschedule your appointment. Being unwell can also affect your immune system meaning piercings can take longer to heal and become irritated much easier so it is best to only get pierced when you're feeling 100%!
 

Please Arrive on Time

I run a very tight schedule throughout the day so if you arrive late my entire day will be affected. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. If you are early please wait outside until your allotted time or until I come and get you!

 

Jewellery

If you have already reserved a piece of jewellery, please write this in the note section when prompted on the booking page. If you want something ordered in or reserved for your appointment, please DO NOT write this in the note 
section. You need to message me beforehand to make sure the piece is available to order and that it will arrive in time for your appointment.

Payment Methods

I accept cash, card and contactless payments! Bank transfers and PayPal can also be used if you need!
 


Additional information

I cannot pierce you if you are pregnant or breast feeding, please leave it at least 3 months after either of these before booking in. There are a few different medial conditions/medications that can mean you aren't able to be pierced, if you're unsure please message me or contact your doctor for information!

Can't find any availability? The booking system isn't down, it simply means I am fully booked! Cancellations will appear as and when they happen, so if someone cancels their appointment it'll appear back on to the booking page, so it's worth checking back every so often!

My bookings open once a month, so the following month opens on the 1st of the previous month at 9am!
