Booking Information
Booking Fee:

A non-refundable booking fee is required for all piercing bookings.
Please head to the booking fee page to read everything you need to know regarding this.
ID Requirements:

Everyone must provide one form of ID at their piercing appointment, regardless of age.
Please head to the age restrictions and ID requirements page to read everything you need to know regarding this. Failure to provide the correct ID will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the loss of your booking fee.

Multiple Piercings and Services:
You can have up to three piercings done in one single 30 minute appointment. Book for one and then when prompted leave a note saying which other piercings you're wanting done!
If you're looking to have a jewellery change/downsize/check up as well as a new piercing, please book the piercing you're wanting done and then when prompted leave a note saying which other service you're wanting done.
I will not do more than three piercings in one sitting.
Booking an Appointment for Two or More People:

If there are two or more of you wanting piercings, please book separate appointments for each of you.
30 minutes is not long enough for multiple people to have multiple piercings.
If you book back to back appointments you can attend together!
Booking on Behalf of Someone Else:
If you're booking an appointment for someone else, please make sure you book the appointment under their name and use their contact details to ensure they are the ones that receive the text and email reminders, which also reminds them to read through all of this information before their appointment.
If you're booking on behalf of a child, please use their name and include their age in the note box.
Bringing Along Multiple People:
If you'd like to bring along a guest to your appointment for support, please limit it to just one person as it can be quite distracting having multiple people in the room at once. The only exception is if you are all booked for piercings.
With children's ear piercing appointments, I will only allow one parent or legal guardian in the room as it can be very distracting for me and the child.
Please do not bring children along to any piercing appointments, again, it is very distracting and children are not permitted inside of the shop unless they are getting pierced.
Accessibility:
My room is located upstairs. If you are unable to use stairs, please message me instead of booking in via the website so we can arrange an 'out of hours' appointment. This appointment will be downstairs which can also be wheelchair friendly, just ask and I will make sure the ramp is set up before you arrive!
Please Cancel Your Appointment if You Feel Unwell:
I don't receive any sick pay, so being unwell and having to take time off affects my wages.
If you're unwell, please message me to reschedule your appointment.
Being unwell can also affect your immune system, meaning piercings can take longer to heal,
it is best to get pierced when you're feeling 100%!
Please Arrive on Time:
I run a very tight schedule throughout the day, so if you arrive late my entire day
will be affected which isn't fair for my other clients.
For piercing appointments: If you are 10+ minutes late you will
need to book another appointment.
For jewellery change/downsize appointments: If you are more than 5+ minutes late, you will
need to book another appointment.
If you are early please wait outside until your allotted time.

Jewellery:
If you have already reserved a piece of jewellery for your piercing, please write this in the note section when prompted on the booking page! If you are looking to have something ordered in or reserved, please do not write this in the note section. I only read these the day of the appointments. Instead, send me a message or email beforehand so I can sort this out for you.

Payment Methods:
I accept cash, card and contactless payments! Bank transfers and PayPal can also be used if needed.
Please make sure you have read through the prices section to ensure you know how much piercing services start at.

Numbing Cream and Sprays:
It is illegal for me to use any numbing cream/sprays on you before you get pierced.
Please do not use any numbing creams or sprays before your appointment. This can really affect the piercing angle once the numbing wears off, it can also affect the overall healing and in most cases makes it much tougher and more uncomfortable to pierce. If you turn up to your appointment with any numbing agent on the area we are piercing, your appointment will not go ahead and you will lose your booking fee.

Additional Information:
I cannot pierce you if you are pregnant or breast feeding, please leave it at least 2 months after either of these before booking an appointment. If you book and either of these apply, you will not be pierced and your booking fee will be lost.
There are a few different medical conditions/medications that can mean you aren't able to be pierced. If you're not sure, please message me or contact your doctor before you book an appointment.
Swimming is not advised for at least 3-4 weeks with ear/facial piercings and 2-3 months for body piercings.
The removal of earrings is NOT advised for the entirety of the healing period.
